Why this material is worth your time
It was bought for production at an FDA-registered, cGMP facility doing named-brand contract manufacturing, and stored to spec. It is surplus because the site is closing and its sister plants cannot absorb everything.
Condition and dating are published openly, including the parts that aren’t perfect: which containers are sealed and which have been opened, what is in date and what is past it, and where the data isn’t good enough to state. You will see the unflattering half too — that is deliberate, and it is how you can trust the rest.
How a purchase works
- Nothing is priced
- There are no prices on the list. You tell us what the material is worth to you, against your own replacement cost. Quantity is negotiable too.
- Not an auction, and not first-come-first-served
- You are not bidding against a clock or against other buyers, and being early doesn’t reserve anything. Every offer goes to the seller, who decides each one on its own merits — the price, the quantity, how much of a lot it clears, and when you can collect. A smaller offer that takes a whole lot can beat a higher one that takes a third of it. If an offer is close, we’ll come back to you rather than simply decline.
- You buy from the seller
- Directly, on the seller’s paperwork. Ava introduces the material and runs this platform; it does not take title, hold the goods, or handle your money.
- Payment
- In advance, unless the seller agrees otherwise for your account. You will know which applies before you commit.
- Freight and collection
- Yours to arrange and pay for, from the site where the material sits. Every lot shows its location so you can price the freight before you offer.
- Documentation
- We obtain the certificate of analysis on request, before you commit. The CoA is the controlling document — where it and the catalogue disagree, the CoA governs.
- Minimum purchase
- One container. The seller will not split a drum or a pail, though a lot spanning several containers can be divided between buyers.
